Title: Register Failed

I rebooted my Obi and now I get the following:

Register Failed: 403 Incorrect Authentication (server=204.11.192.37:5060; retrying)

That almost always indicates the wrong SIP credentials are being used in the OBi:

Voice Services -> SPx Service -> AuthUserName
Voice Services -> SPx Service -> AuthPassword

Does the username have to be the same as CallCentric as well? 

I have another question.  My phone just rings and rings.  My phone voicemail doesn't pick up.  Any ideas?

The username should be your Callcentric number : 1777-------

If Callcentric voicemail isn't picking up, it's almost certainly a problem at Callcentric.  Have you requested Callcentric voicemail (it's not enabled by default)?
