I set up Speed Dial location # 3 with: 1819687nnnn
On my phone I dialed '3' then pressed '#'.
I got an error msg saying: 'Could not complete your call. Please try again.'
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Rob.
That should send 1819687nnnn out the trunk selected as the OBi PrimaryLine.
'Could not complete your call. Please try again.' does not sound like an OBi response. I suspect it came from a service provider - meaning the call went somewhere. Check the OBi Call History to see where.

My call log:
Call 1 01/31/2012 15:59:45
Terminal ID PHONE1 GoogleVoice1
Peer Name
Peer Number 3 3
Direction Outbound Outbound
15:59:45 New Call
15:59:46 Call Connected
15:59:49 End Call
Does this help?
EDIT: The voice of the error msg sounds like that poor lady at Google Voice.
Thanks,
As you can see, 1819687nnnn was not sent to Google Voice. The single-digit '3' was sent to Google Voice, which Google Voice rejected, of course.
Please log into the OBi directly (do not use the OBiTALK Web Portal) and post the contents of Speed Dial 3.

Yikes!!!! It is empty!!!!!
Assuming you want the number sent through SP1:
User Settings -> Speed Dials -> 3 : SP1(1819687nnnn)
You will also need to set:
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
if you don't want the OBiTALK Web Portal to overwrite your changes.
