Yesterday my obi110 didn't have any indicators on, so I unplugged it for a few seconds then plugged it back. Now only the power LED is flashing Red. No dial tone on the connected phone either. Seems dead.

Use a paper-clip to depress the reset switch that's accessible through the hole in the bottom with a circle around it. Hold the switch depressed for at least 30 seconds without releasing it. If successful, the OBi will be returned to factory defaults and will have to be reconfigured.
