Hello:

I did the following: Backup Configuration - Reset Configuration - Restore Configuration.

Now:
SP1 Status = Backing Off (490s):Authentication error
SP2 Status = Register Failed: 403 Forbidden (Bad auth) (server=1nn.3n.1nn.1nn:5060; retry in 11s)

SP1 was GV
SP2 was VoIP.ms

Should not have this set everything correctly? Did I miss a step? Is there an additional step?

You must manually re-enter all passwords and PINs as they are not saved in the backup file.
