My Obi was working fine with Google Voice and now all of a sudden it can make and receive calls but no sound is heard by caller or callee. I reset the device and set it up using the ITSP configuration tool and I have set it up manually. Both produced the same results! Is my Obi dead?

Have you tried making a Google Voice call from Google's web site to make sure it isn't a problem with your particular Google Voice number?

Yes and it works from my iPhone Google Voice app.

Could it be your OBi is behind a firewall router that blocks UDP? What kind of router are you using? Has there been any change made to the router setting?

Can you make calls to other OBi's or the OBi test number or is all service not just Google Voice affected,

Updating to 1892 from 1890 fixed my problem. I can not make the test call, which I couldn't before, and Google Voice works again. Not sure what they did in 1892, but it was good.
