Title: How to dial the 2nd line without type **2
Post by: FredH on February 19, 2012, 10:41:56 AM
Hi,

I set up Line 1 with GV, and Line 2 with Nonoh.

But I do not want to use **2 for starting Line 2. In the past, I used "#" in SPA for Line 2, and I wanted to keep the same. How to do that?

For international calls with Nonoh (Line 2) to country code 886, I want to replace it with 0.

Overall, I want to translate "#0 123456789" to "**2 886 123456789". How can I do that.

Thanks.

You didn't say if you are using Obi 100 or Obi 110. # is reserved in the 110 for reaching the PSTN line but this can be changed. Other settings would need to be modified but this would be the first question.
