I just set up my second Obi110 for my kids phones. When I added it to my account it took the same circle of trust settings as the other one. I do not want to access the attendant when calling into one of the numbers on the second unit. I may want to add my kids numbers as COT numbers on just he second one.
For me the easiest thing is to set up a second Obitalk account for the second unit, but is there another way to configure multiple units without manually editing the X_InboundCallRoute.
As you point out, a second OBiTALK account is the easiest or remove it from the parameter manually.
