My OBI 110 had been working flawlessly for some time until yesterday. When I call and either get presumably a person or answering machine, the line goes dead and I hear nothing. Someone tried to call me on the google voice number, the phone rang, but when I picked up, I could not hear anything. I just tried to call one of the numbers from the Google voice web page, and the answering machine answered on the other end and there did not seem to be any problem. I did update the firmware today, but otherwise, there have not been any changes.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Thank you for the thread. It is still unclear to me what exactly to do. Also, it is interesting that a number of others have posted on this problem starting within the past couple of days.
I'm not having any problems here. I don't have any words of wisdom other than the normal stuff -- try temporarily bypassing your router to eliminate it as a possibility.
