If I have two google voice numbers to be accessed by the Obi, can I set a different ringtone for each number? - Also, if I port my business number over to google voice (as my second nummber), and it turns out that I dont like google voice, can I port that same number out of google voice to another voip provider, or does google make that process difficult or impossible?

Yes:

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_DefaultRing

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_DefaultRing
