Title: Help! can not login web managment console thru web browser

the device works fine and I can ping the obi110 device at 192.168.10.251 but suddenly I can not login from web browser.
from my obitalk website my obi device status shown orange and a triangle "firmware update" beside it.
I can not update firmware by login the local web portal

Just to be sure, have you tried ***1 on the telephone to make sure that the address of the Obi is still 192.168.10.251?

when I called **1 it tell me my obi110 IP is 192.168.10.252, but I ran a network scanner it turn out to be 192.168.10.251 ! I have set the obi110 IP to be 192.168.10.252 originaly, but somehow it changed to 192.168.10.251 after reboot, this is weird, and I can not logon the neither IP address, I can ping 192.168.10.251 but can not ping 192.168.10.252

after several reboot, I can not even ping the device anymore and the phone still have dial tone but can not receive call or call out, is there anyway I can reset the obi110 to factory default ? any button to reset ? thanks

The OBi always produces dialtone, so you can't tell much from that.

There is a reset button through the hole in the bottom that has a circle around it.  Hold the button depressed for approximately 30 seconds to ensure a reset to factory defaults.
