Log into the OBi using the IP address returned by dialing ***1 (username/password = admin/admin) and verify you have the following setting:

Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:aa},{ph}

where 12341234567 is your cell phone number as it shows up in the OBi Call History.

Thanks for your reply first.

After reboot the system just change the format as {(x.12345678):aa},{ph}, even I just copy & paste your format from {12341234567:aa},{ph}

But it is not work after reboot.
Any setting I need to check ?

Thanks

If you're making any changes to the OBi directly, you must also set:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

or the OBiTALK Web Portal will overwrite your changes with its settings.

Your OBi has very outdated firmware and needs to be updated.

Are you calling in on the PSTN Line connected to the OBi's LINE Port?

Does your PSTN Line have CallerID support?

Do you have this setting in the OBi?:

Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:aa},{ph}

where 12341234567 is your cell phone number as it's displayed in the OBi Call History.

don't do it on your IP address system configuration  mode.

Just use the obitalk web portal and enter into Expert mode, I think it should be okay

Because the obitalk will overwrite the IP-address-direct system configure.

mine works today. (and even the obi AA for obi numbers)

Remember: do it under the portal interface.
