I have been tweaking the programing for boxes to be used in South America, for a few Months now, and have adjusted almost all the digit maps except for the "CallReturnDigitMaps" shown here:(this is the default)
{pli:(xx.)},{sp1:(<**1>xx.)},{sp2:(<**2>xx.)},{li:(<**8>xx.)},{pp:(<**9>xx.)}
Can someone explain what this digit map does, and breifly give a verbal reading of what it is saying.
Thanks, Larry
I think this is for call return (*69).
{pli:(xx.)} - Incoming on primary line - do nothing to the number (*69 will dial the number as it came in).
{sp1:(<**1>xx.)} - Incoming on SP1, prepend **1 for call return.
{sp2:(<**2>xx.)} - Incoming on SP2, prepend **2 for call return.
{li:(<**8>xx.)} - Incoming on line, prepend **8 for call return.
{pp:(<**9>xx.)} - Incoming on OBiTalk, prepend **9 for call return.
Thank You so much. That makes perfect sense. I have not used any of the * codes , so I have not been thinking how the digit maps interface there.
