I have been using Obi for a few months with Great success now, but last week I started having problems. When I receive a call through either of my SIP providers' PSTN numbers the call is perfect and nothing could be better. However, when I want to dial out, the other side cannot hear me. I'm calling out using Callcentric and I tested the account using a soft phone, so the problem should not be there.
I was told that it was likely a problem with my DLink DIR655 router, but I removed the router and connectec the Obi straight to the internet and the problem was exactly the same. I already excluded my Callcentric account and added it back, but it did not help. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks for the help!
