Title: OBi10 Port is not enabled

My OBi 110 stopped working. I get no dial tone and my phone says "no line".  The port icon is not lit up which indicated the port is not enabled. I'm not very tech savy so I'm at a loss as to what to do. Any suggestions?

Sounds like maybe your network connection is bad.  Try a different network cable, or maybe another port on your router, and see if that helps.
