My OBi is setup this way with FPL. I'm not certain you need all these settings, however it works for me.

ITSP Profile A/B->General->SignalingProtocol = SIP

ITSP Profile A/B->General->SIP-> Everything on this page is set to default except the following:
ITSP Profile A/B->General->SIP->ProxyServer = voip.freephoneline.ca
ITSP Profile A/B->General->SIP->RegistrarServer = voip.freephoneline.ca
ITSP Profile A/B->General->SIP->OutboundProxy = voip.freephoneline.ca

Voice Services->SP1/2 Service->SIP Credentials-> AuthUserName = FPL DID number (include the "1") 15145551212
Voice Services->SP1/2 Service->SIP Credentials->AuthPassword = Whatever

Thanks QBZappy. I've tried this yesterday, but no luck.

I just tried it again and it seems work now, but in System Status, it shows"Registered (server=208.65.240.165:5060; expire in 35s)". It's this normal? Every 60 second will renew automatically?

Can you check your obi device status for me? Thank you.

SP1 Service Status <<---Freephoneline
Parameter Name   Value   OBiTALK
Settings
Status   Registered (server=208.65.240.165:5060; expire in 58s)
PrimaryProxyServer

SP2 Service Status <<---Google Voice
Parameter Name   Value   OBiTALK

Not working! I can only make 15 seconds call and line disconnected. I check the SP1 status it shows:

Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=208.65.240.165:5060; retrying)

PS: I call Freephoneline CSR and they told me their system work great. Their tech also test my account "I have configured your device on a Grandstream HT-286 here in the office and tested some inbound and outbound calls - all are working great".

Maybe I received a bad device....:( If so, how can I return/exchange?

Try this as well:

SP1 Service->X_KeepAliveEnable = checkmark

SP1 Service->X_KeepAliveEnable = checkmark

Won't work.
It seems that when I make call, it will be disconnected after 10 or 20 seconds.

I did nothing. Make no change since last try and it just works now. So wired. Last night I check the SIP status in my Freephoneline account and I noticed my account was used by other unkown device. I think freephoneline tech test my account. I check back this noon and found my obi110 connect to my freephoneline account and obi110 work now.
