Title: OBI110 All Indicator Lights Off

I purchased an OBI110 device yesterday and attempted to set it up. When I plugged it in the first time, it powered on as it was suppose to and I was able to setup my handset. Several hours later, however, it is not turning on despite being plugged in and I can no longer setup my handset. I've checked that the power cable is all the way plugged into the back as well as tried the device on different sockets. I am certain I have not used an incorrect power cable. Any advice?

Hi ooter,

It sounds like the OBI is not powering up at all now.  Perhaps the power brick (e.g. AC Adapter) is dead, or perhaps the OBI is dead.  If you are not familiar with a multimeter, could you have a local computer/electronic shop test the power cable?  This should help determine whether the OBI unit or the power cable is defective.
