Title: No service

Today my obi quit .All I get is a no service message .
There are no updates .and my google account seems to be OK .

"No Service" has nothing to do with the status of your google account, except not being logged into it. What does the status show on your Obi dashboard?

When you press ***1 from the phone port do you get an IP Address (which would indicate the device is connected to your network.

The status on the dash says connected ,and I do get my ip address .

Try rebooting modem, separate router (if any) and OBi, in that order.

If no luck, can you connect to the OBi from your browser, at the address reported by dialing ***1?  If so, does the System Status page show the correct date and time?  What does SP1 Service Status show?  OBiTALK Service Status?  Can you reach the echo test on **9 222 222 222?
