Title: Simon Telephonics and voice mail messages
Post by: Copper on June 12, 2012, 04:24:32 PM
I have GV emailing and texting voicemails.  I am using Simon Telephonics and am aware there is no voicemail notification (i.e., no warble tone or message light indicator on phone).  Is there a way to dial in to check for voicemails from the actual phone?  Thanks!

Have you tried calling your GV number from that phone?

Yes, I get a busy signal, with and without adding a '1'.

Hi Copper,

Have you tried dialing 1186?

I don't use Simon Telephonics, but according to their website, it seems that dialing 1186 should get you to your voicemail.

Let me know if it works!

Thank you!  This works!  There is a long pause, then half a ring, then my favorite google voice attendant.
