I got an angry person calling my number saying there are 10-20 rings going to his house from my phone number? I am paranoid, I didn't made the calls, how can I prevent this?

Nothing, is that guy lying or is it possible that OBI can make silent/ghost calls?
Is this a GV Number? Maybe someone is calling him and spoofing your number. Some VOIP providers (eg VOIP.ms) allows this to occur, even if you do not own the spoof number. Other provider require some form of verification that you own the number. I have never heard of the OBi ATA doing "ghost" calls.
If it is a GV Number, look at the GV logs to see if there are any outgoing calls to that caller.
