Title: PHONE PORT NOT DETECTING PHONE CONNECTED!!! HELP PLEASE!!!

Hello everybody,

This morning I noticed that my Obi110 is not detecting the phone is connected, I try everything and searched for solutions, but nothing seems to work. I got a solid green even if I try to use the phone is not flashing the light any more. I did upgrade de firmware. Reset factory defaults by using the software and the hardware button. Try different cables and phones. I have no dial tone. And it if I connect the PSTN to my landline and Turn off the Obi, then I got dial tone on my phone.

Can this be a hardware issue? And possible to fix?

Hi chivo,

Sorry for the late response here. :-[  Based on your description, it does sound as though the Phone Port on the OBI may have gone out on us. If, as it seems, this is a hardware issue, I would suggest contacting Obi Support directly (http://www.obihai.com/supportTicketForm.php), as they would be your best choice for getting defective hardware repaired/replaced.
