Hi,
I am in spain with a PSTN line from Movistar and disconnect detection is
taking about 20 seconds.
Everything is set to default exept:
DisconnectTonePattern 425-18;10;(.25+.25) / have also tried 425-30;4;(.25+.25)
SilenceTimeThreshold 1800
I am running 1.3.0 (Build: 2711)
Thanks
I could not find a definitive answer, but try:
425-30;10;(.2+.2,.2+.2,.2+.6)
If no luck, post a recording of about 10 seconds.
If you have trouble attaching a file in this forum, upload it to a sharing service and post the link.
Found this:
Disconnect tone Spain : 425@-10,425@-10;4(.2/.2/1,.2/.2/1,.2/.6/1)

I believe that's likely correct, but it's for a Sipura/Linksys/Cisco ATA. The OBi uses a different syntax.
Hi,
Just tried 425-30;10;(.2+.2,.2+.2,.2+.6) and same thing...
Is there a syntax translate guide or tool for SPA -> Obi?
Thanks to all for your help
Please post a recording and I'll try it here.
Stewart,
Found a wav sample of a Disconnect tone on this site.

Better yet there is a screen shot and discussion of a disconnect setup for another device for Spain.
Sorry, but I came up short.
First, I confirmed that Line Port disconnect tone detection was working (with the local France disconnect tone).
I synthesized about 10 seconds of Spain disconnect tone and recorded it as a greeting on GV voicemail.
I repeatedly called the GV number, trying various values of DisconnectTonePattern; none worked.
I believe that either:
1. The OBi is not designed to detect an irregular disconnect tone pattern.
2. It can detect the pattern, but I don't know the correct syntax. Unfortunately, it's not documented and the default is the only example given.
3. It should be able to detect the pattern, but there is a bug.
IMO, you should contact OBi support and point them to this thread.
