Title: Multiple Inbound Accounts
Post by: Lavarock7 on July 08, 2012, 09:11:42 PM
I have a 202. I also have a number of SIP accounts (Sipgate, CC, UKDDI and so on) that I receive calls from and do not want to dial out through.

Can I configure them in the gateway section? I don't want to use up service provider slots when I am just receiving calls and not routing outbound calls through. If not, is there a better way to aggregate these lines through another service and send them all to one SIP connection in the 202?

Voice Gateways are for outbound only. You could forward these DIDs via SIP URI. I forward a number of my DIDs to my Anveo account via SIP URI.

Some providers, e.g. Localphone, Rebtel, VoxOx, who won't forward to a SIP URI, will forward to iNum at no cost.  You could then use a free iNum from Callcentric (or many others) to forward on to your OBi.
