Title: Last 10 calls in OBI Talk Missing!
Post by: larrybob on July 19, 2012, 11:11:17 AM
What happened to the last to calls feature in OBI TALK.... This was a great asset in debugging problems. Is there any other way to access this information? Larry

With the call history no longer available on the portal there is no way to see it remotely without forwarding ports for remote access. You can access the call history on the device itself using the IP address if you have local access to it.

This is sad, disappointing news. I'd like to know the reason for this.

I manage multiple Obi devices for my family and friends, and there's no way for me to have local access to the device. Nor can I setup port forwarding on their home networks.
Without this, it is a PITA to debug problems related to AutoAttendant. It is a quick fix to various problems.

I would like to know why this feature was pulled and how can I push for bringing it back.
