Title: [Solved]How to setup Obihai OBi110 Voice Service Bridge?
Post by: Robert.Thompson on July 25, 2012, 06:23:25 AM
Hello:

I have installed Obion on my android smart phone and successfully logged into my account.

If I understand correctly, I should be able to place calls to non-OBi numbers, through my Obi 110, by using 'Obihai OBi110 Voice Service Bridge'.

I am using Anveo & GV on my Obi.

My questions:

Any guidance or advice would be appreciated.

Rob.

With your Obi110 set as the default gateway for your Obion app you can just dial from the app same as from the phone connected to the Obi.

Default settings only allow for calling through the trunk that is designated as primary for outgoing calls. To use other trunks you must set up single stage dialing through any Obi trunk.

RonR put together a single stage dialing configuration for this purpose. Read this post and follow the link at the end of it.

I have a problem:

When I log into my ObiTalk account, it shows the following:

       Soft Phone   290 916 nnn   1
       OBi110   200 129 xxx           2

When I look at my Obi 110 WAN Status, it shows my ObiNomber as 200 120 xxx and is working fine.

When I log into my Obion app, it shows my ObiTalk Number as: 290 916 nnn.

When I dial, using Obion, it dials and then goes to 'Ended' almost immediately.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Rob.

I don't understand why the numbers would not match on the Obi.

For the soft phone number, did you set the default gateway as your Obi110.
