Title: Anveo SIP status showing offline, but Obi 100 shows registered.
Post by: DB-ObiUser on August 01, 2012, 06:43:57 PM
My SIP status on the anveo website is showing offline, but Obi 100 shows registered.
Tried changing passwords, deleting the Anveo entry for SP2 and recreating it.
It always goes to registered on the obi100, but continues to show as offline on Anveo.
IT looks like maybe there was a change in the Obitalk settings regarding the Anveo setup.
When I set it up I had to put in the server "Anveo.com".

Now without changing anything I see that option is gone and there is only a drop dwon menu with a choice for a proxy server.
DALLAS, TX is the default.

I swear this is new as of tonight.... and it was working up until then.

I use this for 911 so it is a bit concerning.

Anveo reported on their site that:
November 5th 2012 10:09 AM EST
A memory leak causing incorrect SIP status for some customers has been identified and corrected.

First report of this issue was on November 4th.  I'm not sure if that means their webpage was reporting off line when it was really online, or reporting online when it was really off line.
