Title: Anyway to send commands to an OBi-202 from OBi-110 Phone Port?
Post by: rsgoodin on August 25, 2012, 11:13:04 AM
I have an OBi-202 with four numbers, and an OBi-110 with two numbers.  I 202 is plugged into the 110's POTS line port.  If any of the 6 numbers ring, I can answer them on the cordless phone attached to the 110.  All works well.

But, is it possible to enter a ** command on the 110 to select a line on the 202?

I tried **8 **8 xxxxxxxxxx to see if it could get to the 202's BT port (**8 to select the line port on the 110, followed by **8 to select the BT port on the 202.)  That doesn't seem to work very well.

I just want to avoid having to use multiple phones for the house.  Suggestions appreciated.

press # on the phone and you will be connected directly to the 202. From there dial like the 110 doesn't exist.

That simple?  I will give that a try.  Thanks!
