Title: OBi202 + *97 for Voip.ms
Post by: EdWick on August 27, 2012, 07:11:09 PM
Hey all,

I've got my unit hooked up, calls are working great (inbound and outbound). Only problem I'm having is punching in *97 on the handset is giving me a an error message:
"There is no call route available to complete your call."

I don't see *97 as a Star Code in the OBi system, so I don't see the issue. Is it not forwarding to the voip.ms servers properly? Is it something I'll have to change with my OutboundCallRoute?

Sorry, I'm new to VOIP but trying to pick it up.... go easy on me :D Thanks in advance.

Thank you :)

I changed the ITSP Profile A->DigitMap from default to the following, and that did the trick.
(*97|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)
