Title: Moved ISP's and cannot get OBi100 to work - no dial tone

This device worked properly in our old house with Comcast.  We just moved to a new home and now have Verizon Fios.  When I try to connect my OBi100 device I am not having any luck.  I have the device plugged to power with a solid green light.  I have tried 2 different cords for connection to our verizon modem as well as changing ports...that light on the device is flashing green.  The telephone light is out.  I have tried 3 different phones and 2 different telephone cords and still no dial tone or recognition of device.  Any advice?
