From my experience, am trying to recall what I did a while back, having brought a Obi100 and Obi110 to the Philippines. I think your needs are pretty much the basic/default.

Obj:

Ans:
Calling with the OBi (Primary Line to Call Out)
By default, OBi devices which come with an analog (PSTN) line port will use this as the Primary Line for outbound calls. This means that when you make a new call using the OBi Attendant, you do not need to first dial a service route access code.

Ans:
Follow steps on unit to set up Callcentric as SP1. On the OBiTALK Service Provider set-up screen, leave the Primary Line option unchecked. When you want to make a call via a service that is not the Primary Line, dial that service's access code before the destination number.
The service route access codes are defined as:
** 1 : Voice Service Provider 1 (Google Voice or SIP)
** 2 : Voice Service Provider 2 (Google Voice or SIP)
** 3 : Voice Service Provider 3 (Google Voice or SIP - OBi202 only)
** 4 : Voice Service Provider 4 (Google Voice or SIP - OBi202 only)
** 8 : LINE Port (PSTN) Service Provider (OBi110 only)
** 9 : OBiTALK Network

Set it up in the US (with a landline as the primary for outbound calls) and test it before sending it overseas; all they need to do is plug it to the router, power source, and local POTS line.

If I made a mistake in my replies, anybody, please correct.
