Title: Obi110 and Uverse
Post by: jmsnyc on September 12, 2012, 10:58:28 PM
I just moved form NY to Atanta and from TWC to UVerse.   My Obi was working in NY with my Linksys router.  I now have it plugged in behind ATTs "gateway", I have not added router into mix yet.  I  tried to remove firewall protection , not sure if it worked.  Error I get is unable to connect to service to complete call.    Updated my gmail passord too.

Any suggestions?

Ok,  I decided to throw my Linksys router back into the mix by following this tutorial, placing it in a DMZ behind the uverse gateway.

I still get the error.

Update:  Very simple fix.   I was updating gmail password in ObiTalk and it was not sticking for some reason.   I went to the ip address of the obihai and updated it there and it now works.

Sorry - not that familiar with how Obihai interface works.
