Can I use the OBi110 on a Magic Jack account ?

Sure can - just like you can route your phone wire from Vonage, CenturyLink, Comcast, or any other service into your PTSN line in.

I've known some folks to do this to maintain their old service, until they are confident enough to use GV for totally free calling.

I know this. I am talking about setting it up as an IP voice IN the OBI110, with the VOIP settings and NOT using the magic jack. Just the service.

No, it can't be done. You would have to have the SIP credentials for the Magic Jack, and this is not possible. At least not yet as far as I know.
