Title: Obi202 box less than 1 week old now Solid Red Light

I got the box set up fine and was making and receiving calls. After about 4 days, the box stopped working and it's just displaying a solid red light for the power. I've tried power cycling and depressing the reset button, neither affect the solid red light.
Is there something I can do, or is this junk and need to exchange for a new one?

Also, Obihai support tool is broke for submitting web tickets. It times out.

If available, try another similar type power supply.

Give it a shot and let us know.

I tried 3 separate supplies, no change. I tried the Obi supply on my router, and it powers up the router.
It's not the power supply.

You need to go to Forum Home then search using power red light.

As already stated, definately contact Obi support with your issue.
