Title: No Dial Tone for Obi202

Everything appears okay, but I get no dial tone.  I've checked the obitalk account info and it shows green and registered for GV my primary provider.  I've switched phone ports on my Obi202. And tried different providers--still no dial tone.

I applied the maintenance code update today. I've checked all network connections and the Obi202 does respond to pings from the Network. Still no dialtone.

This is critical.  I use this like constantly.  Any help would be appreciated.

The dial tone is generated by the Obi and is not dependent on any service being set up on the device. If the Obi is plugged into power and a phone plugged into the phone port, you should get a dial tone.

Obviously check the cord (as well as the ends, those tabs can get broken pretty easily) that runs from the Obi to the phone as well as the phone itself.
