My old land line provider, V, would set the Caller ID and or CNAM to these values -- (the words were capitals) ANONYMOUS, UNKNOWN and PRIVATE CALLER.
I notice with GV and CC setup with the CNAM scheme (http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=3609.0) this is not happening. Both "fields" on the handsets show all blank when an anonymous call comes in (have to double check Unknown). I was used to the V way of doing it, and I'd like to get it back to working that way.
I realize this is happening at the CC part of the call hand-off process.
Is there anything I'm missing in the CC dashboard configuration to address this, or is there something to do in the Obi202 that will fill in blank fields?
