Title: how to route all long distance calls to SP2?
Post by: M.W. on October 02, 2012, 10:51:28 AM
OK, I have Freephone line on SP1 with phone 1, voip.ms as SP2 and phone 2.
Since freephone line provide free Local calls, so here is what i want:

For phone 1, forward all long distance calls to sp2 (voip.ms)
For phone 2: forward all local calls to Sp1 (freephone line)

Local means 416xxxxxxx or 10 digi calls
Long distance means calls start with 1 or 011

Thanks

Firstly, ensure that phone1, phone2 and Auto Attendant all have their Primary Line set to SP2 Service.

ITSP Profile A > DigitMap
([2-9]xxxxxxxxx)

ITSP Profile B > DigitMap
(1xxxxxxxxxx|<**1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.)

This is quite a restricted set of DigitMaps. It should mean that regardless of which phone you dial from, the call will go out on the correct sp. You can check by looking in Call History via the web page Status > Call History.

I tried this to dial 011+country code+area code+phone numbers but all busy signal. It doesn't work.
