How to block calls from numbers less than 7 digits

I started receiving calls from 18000, I blocked it at google and then the calls started from 80000, I blocked that one and now it is 118000.

What do I change to block calls that contain less than 7 digits?

Have a look at this (http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=4067.msg27103#msg27103) post which discusses putting a value in the X_InboundCallRoute.
