If using GV click on History and simply Block the number. I usually put a note first so I remember what it was.
Note - if they spoof a number (yesterday I got a call from 303-000-0000), you can block it but they'll just spoof another one.

My set up is SP1: Google Voice and SP2: Free Phone Line. Is there anyways to do it on the OBi100?
