I have set up the Google Voice service on my Obi100 and added a few Trusted Callers.
The Gmail type of Trusted Callers can reach the auto attendant and either press 1 to connect to my phone or press 2 to make new calls successfully.
The actual phone number type of Trusted Callers can also reach the auto attendant and press 1 to connect to my phone. However, if they press 2 to make new calls and the auto attendant says "connecting", there is no sound after it.
I am still a newbie and didn't touch any expert settings. Do I need to do any special configurations to make it work for the non-Gmail type of Trusted Callers?
