Title: OBi110: How do I find Call History?

Hi,

Where do I find Call History in order to troubleshoot OBi unit?

Specifically I want to see the date, time, phone number and port of incoming/outgoing calls to troubleshoot the unit.  At the present Ican call out but hear no incoming calls.

I look at the left side of OBitalk web portal but don't see Call History anywhere.

Obihai removed the call history from the portal. Probably because it can be a very long list. You have to go to the Obi device itself in order to look at the history. If the Obi is located at a remote location from you, you won't be able to see the history unless you use some other technique.

If you are local, then dial ***1 to find the ip address. Then it is Status > Call History.

When a call is in progress you can look in the OBiTalk Expert Pages > Status > Call Status. This gives similar information.
