Title: Timezone addition for Australia - firmware 1.2

G'Day Mates:
On the newly released firmware 1.2 - Adelaide and Northern Territory timezone has been added.
As well correcting the offset error for Queensland, Victoria, NSW and New Zealand.
Please try out the Daylight Saving setting down under and report back any issue.

All looks good in Adelaide - now displaying correct time.

I had daylight saving time (Sydney) running on the OBi110 (even though we don't observe DST in Brisbane) just to test the DST rollover which should have occurred early Sunday morning (first Sunday in April). Worked as it should have (Sydney time is now showing the same as Brisbane local time) -- which is nice, since many devices get confused with Southern hemisphere DST adjustments.
