Title: Snom320 & the Obi202
Post by: mrjoe on November 21, 2012, 05:18:39 AM
I'm trying to set up my Snom320 the Obihai way rather that the RonR way because I don't think I can use an account on the Snom without registration.

http://blog.obihai.com/2012/09/use-your-obi202-with-obibt-as-cellular.html

I've pretty much done everything that they instruct in the link above besides for "- SIP/Send Resp To Src Port = yes" as I can't find such a setting on the Snom.

I'm not having any luck though, the Snom is not connecting.
Is there anyone here who can shed a bit of lite on the matter.

I would like to eventually use the Pli of the Obi202 from my Snom320 and possible have calls come through too.

Thanks in Advance

mrjoe,

Is the OBiAPP going end of life? (How to setup X_Proxy on the OBi202 as a proxy)

This might help. I think you are trying to use the x_proxy feature.

Thanks very much for that QBZappy.

I changed the domain that they put there in the blog to the IP address of the Obi202 and suddenly I can make calls.

It registers and then unregisters very soon afterwards and I get a busy tone when I pick up the handset even though I can make calls?

Any ideas?

Another thing, do I really have to leave the SP out of Commision or can I use it for something?
Thanks
