I'm a newbie with the Obi110. I was able to set it up within minutes
and all domestic US incoming/outgoing calls are perfect. :)
Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 international outbound calls result in busy tone. I dial 011 - [country code] - [city code] - [number], followed
by #. 1 out of those 10 calls will start ringing immediately
and the call connects loud and clear.
I am very puzzled as to what I'm doing wrong. My Google Voice
acct has at least $9 credit, so that's not the issue. If I use a landline
phone, call my Google Voice and make int'l calls, all calls will go
through without any problems.
