Title: RMA 3+ Weeks, Still waiting

Requested a RMA 3 weeks ago and was told a replacement would be shipped. Asked at the end of every week where the unit was and was told that it may come maybe next week or check with neighbors. Ask for a delivery confirm number and was told there was none because it was regular mail.

I would buy another one but don't want to end up with another brick in 4 months waiting for the warranty to expire. So I had to buy an Android Phone + VoIP app since I don't see getting a replacement unit any time soon if at all.

We apologize for the delay sending the replacement for the original, now lost replacement.  We have made contact via e-mail to make arrangements to replace the unit again.
