Title: Dial plans
Post by: Clive on December 19, 2012, 02:33:07 AM
Hi guys, sorry if this is already out there but have been looking for ages and can't seem to find anything that fits.

I just can't get to grips with dial plan strings.

I'm sure this is easy for you guys so here goes.
Currently I simply need to:
1) add 0034 to any 9 digit number dialled (obi 100)
2) add 0034 to any 9 digit number dialled. route 112 to pstn (obi 110)

Again, sorry to ask what might be something relatively basic.

Thanks in advance.

Clive,

Add these rules to the relevant DigitMaps - ITSP Profile A/B > General > DigitMap or Line Port > DigitMap:

(<0034>xxxxxxxxx|0034xxxxxxxxx|

Emergency number 112 is a different matter for an OBi110. Look in Phone Port DigitMap and Phone Port OutboundCallRoute and in both cases replace 911 with 112. This makes 112 a special case and it will be sent to line directly with no processing through DigitMaps.

ianobi, many thanks for your nice and easy response. absolutely great.
Is the open parenthesis supposed to be there without a closing one?

It should be followed by the rest of the DigitMap:

(<0034>xxxxxxxxx|0034xxxxxxxxx|... rest of DigitMap ... )
