Title: newbie question regarding the speed dial
Post by: roberthuang on January 04, 2013, 08:25:32 PM
Hi All,

Sometimes I dial a switchboard, wait for the prompt, then I enter the extension number. Is there a way to put the all the numbers into the speed dial? I only need to dial one number, it will call the switchboard, wait 2 or 3 seconds, then call the extension it self. I'm using obi202. Thanks.

Robert

Hi and welcome to the forum.

No, you can't do that. You can probably set it up on the phone - most phones have speed dials with "pause" and "wait" options. But adapters, PBX and other telephony equipment doesn't have that capability.

By the way, there is a "New to Using the OBi / VoIP" forum
