Title: Prefixing numbers dialled through AA
Post by: cjholding on January 11, 2013, 02:29:07 AM
I use my Obi110 to make calls from my landline when I'm away from home. I've managed to configure the single stage dialling routes to prefix dialled numbers with 141 (to suppress caller id as a return call would not be answered.)

I'd like to do the same for calls placed through the AA (as sometimes this works when single stage calling does not), but I can't work out how to do so.

The Auto Attendant (AA) has its own DigitMap and an OutboundCallRoute just like the Phone Port does.  You setup your dialing on the AA DigitMap / OutboundCallRoute.
