Title: SIP client connection from Windows Phone (OctroTalk)
Post by: Fishhy on January 26, 2013, 10:10:17 AM
There are a couple SIP clients on the Windows Phone (since there isn't ObiOn).
I'd like to connect and use my obi soft phone number similar to using "my pbx" in X-light on a PC.

There is an option to "configure your own sip"
it has fields for username, password, proxy, realm, from-user, from-domain, etc.

Can I use this to connect to my obi so I can make calls out from my device? Like I can do with ObiOn on my ios devices??

Suggestions welcome!

Fishhy,

You can use any softphone client to make calls to an OBi. See ianobi tutorials for detailed setups. Key is to remove check mark here:
