Title: Device keeps Disappearing from Dashboard

Every 14 hours or so my OBI device seems to disappear from the dashboard and I cannot make or receive calls. This has been happening ever since I set it up last week. I am using an acutronic Verizon fios router/modem. Not clear if i need to make any changes to the configuration.
