Title: Unable to add new device on obitalk dashboard

Need urgent help!

I have obi100 plugged in and connected w/ the latest firmware and all is well. Test call to **9 2x9 works too. So I proceed to add this device to my obitalk dashboard and it just times out every time. After I typed in the **5 code I get a message that this code is being sent to the server, so obihai box is obviously communicating w/ the server fine. The problem is on my computer's end - it fails to connect every single time. I tried a different browser and it's the same results - timing out each time. So what should I do?
p.s. my computer is not on the same network as my obihai box. does it matter? the obihai box is for my mom and she has no computer. She now has to rely on her backup cell and her minutes are running out fast. somebody please help!

never mind. Obihai Support added my device and now everything is working great!
