Title: IP Address is not available with OBi100
Post by: MkrObi on March 04, 2013, 07:42:53 AM
I bought an OBi100 last year and it is working perfectly at home.
Last weekend I tried to setup OBi100 for my father-in-law and the device is saying "IP Address is not available". But when I login to the DLink Router web page, it shows an IP Address allocated to the OBI device. The IP address on the web page is "192.168.1.2". Any ideas on this issue?

You ca try to log in to the OBi by using 192.168.1.2 in your browser.

The FAQ suggest

QuoteFAQ reason 00, and power LED is constantly blinking green.
If you hear this announcement and the power LED is blinking green, that means OBi can not get IP from your router.
Power cycle your router and verify the Ethernet cable is securely connected, and you are seeing a link light on the router port where your OBi connects to.
Once your OBi has link, it will restart.
After restart, the power LED will show solid green. Please try your call again.
